The number of orders placed within the year determines your status within one of our three tiers:

  • Silver — 6 orders

How can I create an account?

Opening an account is very easy. Simply click on “My Account” on the top right corner, complete the form with your information.

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, click on the 'I forgot' button while logging in to your account, you will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new one.

How can I know my size?

Please refer to the Size fit of the model available on our website for each product or contact our Customer Service Team.

If a product is not in stock, when will it be available again?

We offer a limited selection of products from our latest collection.
If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to subscribe to our newsletter.

How can I know my order was processed correctly?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information.
You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders placed cannot always be canceled or modified.
However, you can reach out to our customer service team, and if possible, they will assist in modifying or canceling the order for you.
Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

We kindly invite you to file a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service.
Please note that any claim regarding delivery must be submitted within 14 working days following the delivery of the parcel.
After this period, we are unable to process claims for lost orders.

How can I wash my clothes?

Machine-washable items: Use cold or gentle cycles to preserve fabric quality.
Delicate fabrics: Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry.
Dry clean only items: Take them to a professional dry cleaner to avoid damage.
