We offer a limitated selection of products from our latest collection, our stock is updated regularly. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to subscribe to our newsletter.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Orders placed cannot always be canceled or modified. However, you can reach out to our customer service team, and if possible, they will assist in modifying or canceling the order for you.

Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

We kindly invite you to file a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at support@maisonobserve.com. Please note that any claim regarding delivery must be submitted within 14 working days following the delivery of the parcel.

After this period, we are unable to process claims for lost orders.

Dry clean only items: Take them to a professional dry cleaner to avoid damage.

Delicate fabrics: Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry.
