Shipping & Returns

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use the tracking number provided to check your order's status on the carrier's website.
Alternatively, log into your account on our website and view the 'Order History' section for real-time updates.
If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

What is your return policy?

All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).
Please kindly note that we only accept returns using the provided prepaid label.

Can I exchange a product?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team to cancel or modify it.
If your order has already been shipped, we currently do not offer an exchange service.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How do I return my order?

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).
Please follow these steps to return your order: Remove or cover the shipping label and apply the return label outside the package.
All the invoices should be inside the package.

Do I need to pay if I want to return my order?

All returns are free of charge. We will provide you with the shipping label.

What should I do if I received a wrong item?

If an item received is wrong or was received damaged, please contact our customer service upon receipt of the item.
Any wrong item must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.

When will I receive the refund for my order?

The refund of your order will be processed within 7–14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item.
Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.).
The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Did you receive my returned order?

Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy.

Europe: The delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days.
International: The delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days.

How can I know my order was processed correctly?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information.
You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders placed cannot always be canceled or modified.
However, you can reach out to our customer service team, and if possible, they will assist in modifying or canceling the order for you.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

We kindly invite you to file a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service.
Please note that any claim regarding delivery must be submitted within 14 working days following the delivery of the parcel.
After this period, we are unable to process claims for lost orders.

HOW TO MEASURE

In order to select the correct clothing size, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

1. Bust

Wearing a bra, pass the tape measure straight across your back, under your arms and over the fullest point of your bust.

2. Waist

Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.

3. Hips

Pass the tape measure across your hipbone, around the fullest point of your hips.
